The company provides high quality property investment projects that are directly from the developer and many of them have guaranteed returns. The projects may feature Land, property, mobile homes and lifestyle investments giving exceptional returns to the client'.
The Partners have a broad base of property experience including house-building, UK property investment and overseas property investing.
The company's due diligence can include: meeting and talking to the developers, viewing the quality of their projects, talking to other investors about their experiences regarding their property investments, and from 'our' investments and experiences with the developers.
Vista Invest works as an intermediary between intending purchasers and property related organisations.
Any contractual agreements will be directly between you and the offering party. Vista Invest will have no contractual involvement, and will not be liable in contract or otherwise for any products, information, materials or services provided to you by the offering party.
